* Please bring in the AC adapter that belongs to the notebook. Batteries very rarely last long enough to finish repairs.

No appointment is neccessary. We do repairs on a first-come, first-serve basis

Computers can be unpredictable, so we can not guarantee any specific complete time or dates.

Rush service is available for an additional fee, but ample testing is recommended.

Data loss is usually avoidable EXCEPT in the case of hard drive failure.Therefore we do take precautions to prevent, but cannot guarantee against data loss.
